Inside the old bakery room you can find a comfortable and lovely place to have your breakfast.
With Sardinian style furniture and colorful handcrafted curtains, tablecloth inspired to the rags used to make the carasatu bread. In the background, in fact, you can immediately see the opening of the wooden burning oven from where in some special days we take out bread and typical sweets which delight the just awake taste of our guest.
The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is most of all made up of Sardinian products: local cheese and cured meats, traditional bread and sweets, donuts, homemade cakes and jam tarts, zero fruit and vegetable miles, Sardinian honey, tipycal myrtle, blackberry, quince, apple, pompia fruit jam/marmalade, Sardinian yoghurt, butter and milk, herbal tea from organic cultivation.
Besides the buffet follows the local festivals for which people make traditional sweets and you can enjoy them by us: typical Sardinian biscuits, casatinas made with ricotta cheese or cheese with mint, papassinos, cocconeddos, vuvusones, amerettos, cuffitura, marigosos.
A real delicacie is the carasatu bread, a good alternative to the normal sweet biscuits because extremely flexible in combination: a must with ricotta cheese and honey but also nice if wet to make a roll with the jam you prefer.
Our products quality and the possibility to taste sitting outside, kissed by the morning sun and snuggled by the birds tweeting is really the ideal way to start the day.
